Tricia Walker was born and raised in Chicago Illinois and moved to Denver Colorado where She lived for 20 years. Tricia moved to Charlotte in August of 2015. Tricia comes from a background of 25 years in the HealthCare Industry and brings years of customer service experience which she feels makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.
Tricia Walker attended Eastern Illinois University and earned a BS in Business with a minor in Psychology. Tricia feels her education background gives her a unique insight into how to bargain and protect clients and help them find the best deal/market properties.
Tricia Walker entered the Real Estate world in order to be her own boss and share her good experience with an agent that helped her find her first home. Tricia Walker would like to improve upon a less-than-stellar experience that she had when she first moved to Charlotte. Tricia wants to provide a better experience for her clients, meet new people and help them accomplish homeownership.
Tricia Walker is happy she made the move to Charlotte; it gives her the opportunity to be close to her Daughter and Grandson who are the light of her life. She spends her free time playing with her grandson, making t-shirts and trying other craft ideas.
